Managing Principal
Kirk is the managing principal lawyer for the firm. He is an experienced corporate/commercial lawyer that provides general counsel advice to many SMEs across Canada, along with specialized securities law and transaction services to professionals in heavily-regulated and highly-technical industries. Kirk prides himself in being a deal-closer, and has completed over 250 purchase and sale transactions as lead advisor.

Paralegal
Angie is the firm's real estate paralegal. She has over a decade of marketing experience obtained while working in the UAE and assists KGPC Law in delivering an outstanding client experience. She assists Kirk with general firm administration, and is the Go-To gal at the office when Kirk is invariably on the phone, talking, talking, and talking..... and talking.
